Who we are and what we offer
We are a real-estate developer running multiple projects in Limassol, Cyprus
We offer opportunities to co-invest in residential development and to earn a return from the entire development cycle, starting with land acquisition. The target return for investors is above 10% a year over about 3 years, and the minimum investment is €100,000.
How the investment is structured
We offer investor-friendly terms designed to align our interests with yours.
  • One project, one company
    Each project is held by its own dedicated company (SPV), and investors become its shareholders, with their rights set out in a shareholder agreement.
  • Aligned interests
    The SPV is managed by our team under the terms of a management agreement. We charge an annual management fee to cover operating costs, and earn our success fee only if investors' return exceeds 10% a year.
  • Reporting
    Investors will have access to an online portal to monitor their project's timeline and KPIs in real time. We will provide monthly management reports and annual audited financial statements.
  • Clear exit
    When the apartments are sold, investors receive their capital and profit, typically after 2–3 years. The management team then winds up the company, and the investment is complete.
